Garlic Herb Roasted Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 4 cups cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet or shallow roasting pan with cooking spray.
- Rinse and dry the tomatoes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the tomatoes and oil.
- Add the garlic, basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir well to coat the tomatoes.
- Spread the tomatoes in a baking sheet.
- Roast the tomatoes about 10 to 15 minutes or until they just begin to soften and crack.
- Serve.
Notes
These Garlic Herb Roasted Tomatoes are delicious as a side dish.
