Toast with Peanut Butter and Applesauce

Ingredients

  • 1-2 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 tablespoons peanut (or almond) butter
  • 1/2 cup applesauce, no-sugar

Instructions

  1. Toast bread.
  2. Spread peanut butter over toast.
  3. Then spread applesauce over toast.
